Fees

PZERO takes a flat 10% of gross USDC on every clear. Suppliers keep 90%. It is a transparent fee, not a hidden spread.

gross_usdc        = diem_cleared × clearing_price_cents / 100
fee_usdc          = gross_usdc × 10%
net_supplier_usdc = gross_usdc − fee_usdc

Example: $1 face clears at 40¢ → gross $0.40, fee $0.04, supplier net $0.36.

If the same wallet is both demand and supply on a clear (self-clear), debit and credit net out and the net change is just the fee.
