Price bounds

Posted ask and cleared price land between 1¢ and 80¢ on the dollar of DIEM face. The 1¢ floor is the posted-ask minimum (99% off). Free (0¢) listings are not allowed. The 80¢ cap is the buyer promise: at least 20% off face on every clear.

Your max price is a separate ceiling, 30–80¢ (default 80). It filters which offers the router may take. The clearing price is the selected offer’s posted ask — not your max, not a midpoint.
