Price bounds
Every clear lands between 30¢ and 80¢ on the dollar of DIEM face. The floor blocks penny-stock clears that are not worth the ops cost. The 80¢ cap is the buyer promise: at least 20% off face on every clear.
Your max price is a ceiling in that same band. It filters which offers the router may take. The clearing price is the selected offer’s posted ask — not your max, not a midpoint.
