Offers
An offer is a fixed ask: day-market DIEM at a cents-per-dollar price, backed by a registered Venice key. Post, reprice, or pause while the day is live. Pause stops routing but still occupies the key; cancel (DELETE) frees the slot. Key revoke also cancels leftover offers. Stale inventory drops when the UTC day rolls.
