Settlement
Each clear writes ledger entries: debit the user’s confirmed balance for gross, credit the supplier for net after fee, record the fee. Capacity on the winning offer decrements by what was consumed.
Supplier accruals pay out in batches rather than per-request chain transfers. Inference history for both sides is available on account and supply routes once you are signed in.
If upstream succeeds but settlement cannot commit, the API fails closed — you should not see a successful completion without a committed debit. Details for integrators: Errors.
