Terms
Supplier: Someone who posts daily capacity as offers and earns on clears. Prefer this over seller. Avoid: Seller (except historical UI labels still named Sell)
Offer: A posted ask for a quantity of day-market capacity at a fixed cents-per-dollar price.
Clear: A matched trade: inference completes, the user is debited gross, the supplier is credited net, the fee is recorded, capacity decrements.
Day market / DIEM: $1 of inference capacity per UTC day. Unused capacity expires at midnight UTC.
Price bounds: Hard 30–80¢ band on every clear. The 80¢ cap is the minimum-20%-off promise.
Max price: A user's ceiling (30–80¢) that filters which offers the router may clear.
Platform fee: Flat 10% of gross USDC on each clear. Suppliers keep 90%.
Routable DIEM: What the router can sell now: min(remaining posted capacity, synced remaining capacity).
x402: HTTP 402 payment flow; EIP-3009 exact scheme on Base USDC for top-ups.
PZERO (token): Protocol ERC-20 on Base. Revenue-backed. Not the payment rail. Settlement is USDC.
